Priced per person. Machines are free.
You pay for the people on your account, not for the machines or agents they run. Add a build box, a server, a fourth laptop: the bill does not move. Free covers a solo builder or a small team; the paid plans lift the caps and add support.

How the caps work
The caps are soft. Nothing you already have is ever removed: if an account drops back to Free while over a cap, every person and machine stays, and only adding another is refused until the account is under the cap or upgraded. A failed payment does not switch anything off; Stripe retries, and the plan keeps working meanwhile.
A person is a member of your account: someone who signs in and sees the account view. A machine is an enrolled daemon. Agents on a machine are not counted at all.
Questions people ask
Why per person and not per machine? Because adding machines and agents is the point. Charging for them would push you to run fewer, which is the opposite of what a relay is for. The people count is what grows with the value you get from it.
What happens at the end of the trial? If you added a card, the Team plan continues. If you did not, the account returns to Free with everything still in place, and the caps apply to anything new.
Can I move between plans? Yes, from the Plan page, at any time. Upgrades apply at once; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
